Tuesday.
All children and staff arrive in England at different points of the day.
Welcome drinks and light snacks before sending children home and people off to hotels.
Wednesday.
Welcome assembly- hoping to invite the mayor to join us. Tour of School.
Mr Twisters and a burger.
Thursday.
Children to attend school with English children and join them in classrooms/join their normal daily routine e.g. sit with them during assembly.
Open classrooms/language workshops in classrooms.

Open classrooms/language workshops in classrooms.
Celebration meal at school with entertainment (Ceilidh)for staff, visitors, govonors- tickets available for other children to take part.
Friday.
Children to spend the whole day at Castle view centre- swimming, football tournament on the new 3D pitches- working alongside the cadet group partnership we have started. A chance for teachers to view a secondary school.
Children, teachers and families to go bowling-Castle Town.
Saturday.
Children to spend day with their families. Teachers are free to explore the local area- we can arrange for mini trips e,g. I could take some people to the coast, some may want to shop, some may want to go to the football, a day trip to Durham or even a day trip to York.
Sunday.
A tour of Sunderland- Penshaw monument, the Stadium of light, Suiter lighthouse (See if we can go in the lighthouse) followed by a walk along the coast and Sunday lunch somewhere in Sunderland).
Monday
All schools depart England at different parts of the day.
