• 8.50 – arrival at the school

• 9.00 – welcoming assembly

• 9.50 – 11.35 – pupils attend regular lessons and teachers – open doors

• 12.10 – school lunch

• 12.30 – leaving to The Museum of Knowledge (Młyn Wiedzy) in Toruń

• 13.00-15.00 -  The Museum of Knowledge

• 15.00 – going to the shopping centre nearby to have some ice cream and some free time

• around 16.15 – going back to Lubicz

• around 20.30 – dinner in a dumpling restaurant

 

Wednesday 20 May

 

• 8.55 – coming to the school

• 9.00 – 10.00 – pupils and teachers prepare the exhibition of the posters

• 10.30 – 11.10 – language workshops (visiting teachers and their students go to teach Polish pupils the names of the days of the week)

• 11.15 – 12.05 – visiting pupils attend language workshops in Polish (teachers can come and watch or have a coffee)

• 12.10 – school lunch 

• 12.50- 13.35 - language workshops (visiting teachers and their students go to teach Polish pupils the names of the days of the week)

• 13.35 – 14.20 – teachers are free to discover the area around the school, pupils stay with a couple of Polish teachers to play games (either board games inside/or play outside – depending on the weather)

• 14.30 – leaving to the zoobotanical garden in Toruń

• 17.00 – going back to Lubicz (teachers stay in Toruń, go back to the hotels, have free time)

• around 20.30 – dinner in a Patelnia restaurant

 

Thursday 21 May

 

• 8.55 – 9.40 – pupils attend different workshops along with their hosting friends (one teacher of each team should accompany them in case any language problems arise)

• 9.50 – 10.35 - pupils attend different workshops along with their hosting friends (one teacher of each team should accompany them in case any language problems arise)

• 10.50 -11.35 - pupils attend different workshops along with their hosting friends (one teacher of each team should accompany them in case any language problems arise)

• 8.50 – teachers arrive at school

• 9.00 – 12.00 – Erasmus+ meeting (coordinators, visiting teachers are free to come) 

• 12.10 – school lunch

• 12.50 – 13.35 - pupils attend different workshops along with their hosting friends (one teacher of each team should accompany them in case any language problems arise)

• 13.40 – leaving to the Museum of Writing in Grębocin

• 15.15 – leaving to play bowling in one of the shopping centres in Toruń (Plaza)

• 16.00 – 18.00 – bowling, dinner there (probably pizza or chips) (while the pupils are bowling, teachers are invited to join them or have their free time to shop in the centre)

• going back to Lubicz (teachers stay in Toruń at their hotels)

 

Friday 22 May

 

• 8.00 leaving Lubicz (we're going by bus, then we have a trip in an old narrow-gauge railway, we visit open air museum in Biskupin, we visit Wenecja, have a boat ride, we eat two-course meal there)

• coming back around 18.00-19.00

 

Saturday 23 May

 

• 8.50 – leaving Lubicz (pupils and Polish teachers)

• 9.30 – meeting visiting teachers

• 9.30 – 13.00 – guided tour around Toruń, UNESCO track number 1.1, going up the old twon hall tower

• 13.00 – lunch group 1 (Pasta & Basta: tomato soup and pasta with chicken in cream sauce)

• 14.15 – lunch group 2 (Pasta & Basta: tomato soup and pasta with chicken in cream sauce)

• * meanwhile, the group not eating can shop for souvenirs in the old town)

• 14.40 – going to Planetarium

• 15.00 – 15.45 – Planetarium (English)

• 16.00 – the Museum of Gingerbread

• 17.30 – coming back to Lubicz (teachers stay in Toruń)

• 20.30 – 22.00 – farewell dinner in a restaurant in Lubicz (Retro) with hosting families
